Arab Health is the largest medical health care exhibition & congress in the Middle East. It is held at the Dubai World Trade Centre and is organised by Informaexhibitions. It is currently in its 37th year. During the event, over 4000 exhibitors from around 60 countries exhibit their medical and healthcare products to over 65000 healthcare professionals from across the world. There are over 30 country pavilions and Germany will be the largest exhibitor group. Informa also organises another medical healthcare exhibition and conference in Abu Dhabi called Abu Dhabi Medical Congress.
Arab health expo also showcases the World’s largest healthcare congress with CME-accredited conferences and over 500 internationally acclaimed speakers.[The Arab Health 2012 will also involve 5th Middle East Anaesthesia Conference, 5th Middle East Interventional Cardiovascular Conference, MEDLAB Congress 2012 which includes six conference tracks, followed by an award function to reward achievers in the industry.
Majority of exhibitors are from the field of medical technology, diagnostics, laboratoryequipment, physiotherapy / orthopaedic technology, consumer goods for hospitals, information and communication technology in healthcare, facility management, surgicalproducts and services, medical services, medical disposables, healthcare building technology, radiology, cardiology, imaging and diagnostics, in healthcare.
The visitors at the event will come from different backgrounds. Visitors are primarily Production/Vendor, Development, Representatives, Trade Delegations, Medical Professionals, Purchase & Production, Associations, Delegates of Seminar, Exporters, Health Professionals, Service Providers, health, medical and fitness industry.
More than 65,000 medical and healthcare professionals and around 6,000 delegates attended 18 leading continuing medical education(CME) accredited conference streams in 2011. It’s estimated that over 70,000 visitors will attend the show in 2012 which takes place from the 23rd to 26th of January.
